I understand what it's like to feel trapped in poor health.  For years, I carried excess weight and dragged myself through each day, battling constant fatigue.  Like many, I tried countless diets and workout fads, often with frustratingly slow progress. This journey taught me firsthand what doesn't work, and fueled my determination to find what does.

My turning point came when I connected with two of Australia's leading fitness transformation coaches who became my mentors. Under their guidance, and through disciplined group training and a dedicated health challenge in 2017, I experienced a complete transformation.  I learned the precise strategies and consistent effort needed to achieve lasting results – a journey that culminated in being featured on the cover of Men's Fitness Magazine in September 2017.

This personal transformation, combined with the invaluable mentorship I received, ignited a passion in me to guide others.
